SCGS held a funfair on one weekend. It was hot and humid but the kids sure had lots of fun.

Rey goes visit an Army Camp

Rey skipped school on Monday to see Cheltton off. The 18 year-old boy is finally becoming a real man by joining the army. The family took a ferry to Palau Tekong when the camp is. To Rey, this is a truly exciting experience for him because while his mama is teaching (slogging) at school, he is skipping school for this trip. A mosquito net for the soldiers. I can understand if the uniform is green for camouflaging purpose but do we need green mosquito nets?
