How do you manage your stress?
shop, dance, karaoke, or eat till you drop? For me, sleeping helps. I spend less time for negative thoughts and by the time I wake up I'll forget what the stress was all about. This is how forgetful I can be! But the most useful method for me, is to vacuum the entire house. The treasured household item is my vacuum cleaner. The moment I ON the vacuum cleaner, the thought of dust being sucked into the machine is so good. I love walking on squeaky clean floor just after vacuuming. ok, going to brush the bathroom for now.
